After the Storm

what I noticed after the rain

It rained and rained and rained here.

4-5 inches in just a couple of days.

The river flooded. (The bank is usually where the tree with the tree leaves is.)

There was a tornado about 10 miles from here.

All of that, on Tuesday night just after my dad died.

And the next day:

calm and warm.
